Monica Lenk, Massage Therapist

Monica graduated from Potomac Massage Training Institute August 1998.  Taught there for two years.  Been practicing for over 12 years.  Started at FHCH in March 2000.  Certified in Neuromuscular therapy ( trigger points ).  Studied Pre-Natal massage, Orthopedic Massage.  Holds a Martial Arts Black Belt.  Studied with a Budhist Monk for two years learning Shiatsu.  Therapeutic Massage work experiences include:  Chiropractic Office, Nursing Homes , Hospice.  Work with a vast array of people including children, elederly, MS patients, Vietnam Vets, Cancer patients.  Firmly believe that combination of Chiropractic care and massage works effectively together.  As a cancer survivor who received daily massage believe that was one of many things that helped get me through that health crisis.  Inspired me to go to school and give back that which I received.
